You will own incidents, diagnose complex issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide explicit updates to customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle. You will translate technical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences, while building trust and reducing recurrence through proactive diagnostics and knowledge base improvements.
