The Role Based from a display home within the Clyde North / Pakenham growth corridor, you will:

Welcome and guide customers through the new home journey

Build relationships with prospective buyers

Manage enquiries and sales opportunities

Maintain regular customer contact and follow-up

Work closely with land agents and internal stakeholders

Convert opportunities into signed contracts

Deliver an experience customers will recommend to friends and family

Important To Know This role is based in a display home environment. Weekend work is a core part of the role and a non-negotiable requirement, as this is when many customers are actively searching for their future home.
