Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Future Team Leader for our Carindale store in Queensland. You will lead a small team handling cruise bookings, customer service, and sales targets while guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will quote, book, and invoice cruise packages, support inquiries across channels, and drive upsell opportunities. A minimum of 2 years in cruise/travel retail and robust GDS skills are essential for success.
