Full time experienced accounts receivable officer - credit control role working Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm.

Key responsibilities

Reconciling customer accounts and processing credit notes

Petty cash supervision, allocation and reconciliation

Debt collection

Handling account queries from internal and external sources

Processing new account applications

Setting credit limits, onboarding and analysis

Maintain customer accounts and information on debtors ledger

Maintaining and developing relationships with clients

Assist the financial team as necessary in the month end process and reporting

About you

Experienced in accounts receivable

Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to speak Vietnamese or Mandarin/Cantonese language preferred for current applicants
