As Assistant Clinic Manager, you will support the Clinic Manager in driving the day to day performance of a well established skin clinic, deputising in their absence and playing a genuine part in shaping how the team operates. What You'll Own – Supporting the Clinic Manager to engage and motivate the team toward KPIs – Contributing to team success through ongoing training, mentoring and feedback – Leading by example on the floor to deliver an exceptional client experience – Assisting with rosters, bookings and daily administration – Supporting performance conversations and ongoing team development – Deputising for the Clinic Manager and owning outcomes in their absence – Liaising with Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education as needed – Building your own client base alongside team leadership responsibilities Who Thrives Here – Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a clinic,



salon or retail environment – Dermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degree – Solid knowledge of advanced skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LED – An emerging leader keen to build, coach and grow a high-performing team – Developing commercial acumen and an interest in retail services and sales – A background in dermal or beauty therapy is ideal but not essential – Organised, confident and comfortable in a busy, high-profile flagship environment If you have been curious about roles such as Senior Dermal Therapist, Team Leader or Clinic Coordinator, we would love to hear from you.
