You’ll ideally have:
5+ years’ experience in concreting/civil construction Previous experience as a leading hand or crew leader Strong formwork and concrete construction skills Experience with civil hardscapes and structures Ability to read plans and work from set‑out Good understanding of levels and set‑out Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lead by example and get the best out of a small crew White Card and driver’s licence Machine tickets and truck licence are highly regarded.
