Reporting to the Corporate Governance & Company Secretary, you will provide administrative and governance support across Mater’s boards and committees. Your responsibilities include coordinating meetings, calendars and papers, organising travel, preparing minutes and resolutions, maintaining governance records, and supporting regulatory lodgements and onboarding of directors.
