CUSTOMER GROWTH & SALES SPECIALIST Build relationships. Find opportunities. Drive customer growth. We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Customer Growth & Sales Specialist to join a growing national business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and finding opportunities to grow sales.

You’ll work with both new and existing customers, understand their needs, identify opportunities and help connect them with the right products and solutions.

This role is about being proactive, reaching out to potential new customers, following up opportunities, building relationships and helping existing customers grow their business.

ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll play an important role in supporting customer growth and sales across the business.

You’ll spend your day speaking with customers, identifying opportunities, following up leads and working closely with internal teams to create a great customer experience and deliver strong sales outcomes.

You’ll also have the opportunity to build your sales skills, develop your industry knowledge and gain valuable experience within a growing national business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Proactively contacting new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

Identifying opportunities to grow customer spend and engagement

Reaching out to potential new customers and supporting the onboarding process

Following up leads and opportunities to drive conversion

Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions

Making outbound calls and having regular conversations with customers

Working closely with internal Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics teams

Keeping customer information and activity up to date in CRM systems

Identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey and sales process

Supporting the wider team to achieve customer growth and sales targets





ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys having conversations with customers.

You’ll be someone who:

Is confident speaking with customers over the phone

Enjoys sales, relationship building and finding new opportunities

Is comfortable making outbound calls and following up leads

Has a natural ability to build rapport with different people

Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Is proactive and takes ownership of their work

Is confident using technology and CRM systems

Is eager to learn and develop their sales career

Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, FMCG, wholesale, hospitality or a similar environment will be highly regarded.

We're also open to people who may not have traditional sales experience but have the right attitude, confidence and drive to learn.
