Customer Solutions Specialists

In this role, you'll assist customers with outstanding accounts, negotiate tailored payment arrangements, support vulnerable customers, and help deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Applicants must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen due to the sensitivity of the information you will be dealing with, a full Police clearance will be a requirement of the position.
