Key Responsibilities
Leadthedailyoperationofamulti-shedbroilerfarm
Managebirdperformance,health,welfare,feedingandwatersystems
Monitorproductionresultsandimplementactionstoimproveefficiency
Lead,superviseanddevelopfarmemployees
Preparestaffrostersandcoordinatedailyworkforcerequirements
Overseeventilation,temperature,humidityandoverallshedconditions
Manageshedpreparation,clean-outandturnaroundbetweenproductioncycles
Maintainstrictbiosecurity,animalwelfareandworkplacesafetystandards
Coordinateservicingandmaintenanceoffarmequipmentandinfrastructure
Monitorventilation,feeding,drinkingandgeneratorsystems
Maintainaccurateproduction,livestockandoperationalrecords
Usefarmdataandmanagementsystemstotrackperformance
Workwithexternaltechnicalspecialists,veterinariansandprocessorrepresentatives
Identifyoperationalissuesearlyandimplementpracticalsolutions
Reportfarmperformanceandkeyoperationalmatterstoseniormanagement
