About the role We are looking for Disability Support Workers in our supported independent living arrangements in Mango Hill to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.
The support worker’s role and responsibilities will include:
Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community
Providing positive behaviour support to our clients
Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection
Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients
Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision
Maintain a qualified relationship with clients and adhere to the NDIS and company code of conduct
Above all, be responsive, reliable and accountable to our clients and your team

Qualification/Experience:

Minimum
_Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
Mental Health Experience
Schizoaffective Disorder Experience
Problem-Solving Skills

Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
