THE ROLE You’ll be responsible for:

Coaching F45 group training sessions

Demonstrating exercises and correcting technique

Providing regressions and progressions where needed

Bringing energy and creating an awesome atmosphere

Learning members’ names and building genuine relationships

Motivating members of all fitness levels

Helping with studio setup, pack-down and presentation

Supporting studio events, challenges and community activities

Creating a welcoming environment for new and existing members

Previous F45 experience is great, but

attitude, personality and coaching ability matter more to us.

REQUIREMENTS You’ll need:

Certificate III in Fitness – minimum

Current First Aid & CPR

Relevant industry registration/insurance where required

Availability for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

We have a solid existing community and want to build the coaching team that genuinely cares about the people walking through our doors.

You won’t just be another trainer on the roster. We want coaches who bring ideas, personality and energy and who want to grow with the studio.
