You will lead safety-focused teams, supervise underground activities, and help deliver production targets in a high-quality coal mining setting. The successful candidate will hold NSW Practising Certificate, have at least 3 years in underground coal mining, and bring strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills to continuously improve safety and
