What's the role? As a

Personal Banker

with Westpac, you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilising your expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals.You willrefer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offerings.Thisrewarding role blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets - all with an uncompromising commitment to empoweringourcustomers to makethe most of their money

This is a full-time , branch-based role and the hours are across 8.30am to 5pm and inclusive of

Monday to Friday.

What do I need?

Banking experience is ideal, but not essential - your
