The Food & Beverage Attendant - Room Service tailors each guest's experience to their unique tastes, creating memorable moments in line with the InterContinental Service Standards. We are seeking a Part time Food & Beverage Attendant with weekday availability, who can work a minimum 20hrs per week with he ability to confidently deliver unforgettable experiences.
This role requires a warm welcome, inspired recommendations, and seamless service. A little taste of your day-to-day:
Provide exceptional in-room delivery of food and beverage experiences Respond to guest calls and enquiries promptly, professionally, and with genuine care Take, manage, and process cash and credit transactions accurately Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, highlighting promotions where appropriate Set up, stock, and maintain your workstation, ensuring all supplies are replenished and equipment is fully operational Set up and pack down the venue/outlet
