About the role Lead a team of 3 and develop and execute strategies to grow share and volume Manage the entire P&L; and maximise profitability whilst working cross functionally with sales, finance and all other departments Develop new products from ideation through to launch via a stage gate approval process Work closely with external agencies around effective media spend across social media Instigate research to determine consumer needs and feedback Participate in trade account reviews and new product presentations Ensure product compliance with the TGA and other authorities Understand the competitors and direction of the market and trends and opportunities here and globally About You Must haves You are a multitasker and have strong strategic skills and attention to detail Your background includes
