About the business An established Queensland manufacturer and retailer of campers, with its sales yard and manufacturing facility in the Ipswich region. It sells around 100–120 units a year. Some competitors are moving 200–350. The owner wants to know why, and what to do about it.

The role We are looking for an experienced marketer to bring a fresh set of eyes and an objective view to everything the business is doing in marketing and lead generation. You will work out how competitors are generating more leads, where the gaps are, and deliver explicit, prioritised recommendations. There is scope to run a side campaign to test new lead sources, and the review may lead to ongoing strategy and execution support.

What you will do

Audit current marketing end to end: website, paid search and social, SEO, organic social, email, CRM, events and shows

Analyse key competitors: where their leads come from, their offers, content, ads and channel mix

Review the full enquiry-to-sale journey, including lead handling, follow-up speed and nurture over a long buying cycle





Spend time on site with the owner and sales team at the sales yard and factory

Deliver a practical report with prioritised, costed recommendations

Potentially plan and run a test lead generation campaign

What you will bring

Proven lead generation results for high-value, long-consideration purchases. Experience in caravans, campers, RVs, boats, 4WD or vehicles is ideal; home building, pools or similar big-ticket categories also relevant

Strong working knowledge of Google and Meta ads, landing pages, conversion tracking and CRM

Sharp competitor analysis and comfort working with data

Understanding of once-in-a-long-while purchases, where the buying cycle is long and repeat business is rare

Objectivity and the confidence to tell a business owner what is and isn’t working

Based in or near Ipswich or western Brisbane, and able to attend on site
