We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
Come and be part of our specialist Financial Crime Risk team. As we continue to enhance our capabilities and embed a proactive risk culture, this is a unique opportunity to provide critical expertise, pragmatic advice, and effective second-line challenge to uplift the bank’s resilience against financial crime.
We are currently recruiting a driven and experienced professional to join our Group Risk function. As a specialist in our Financial Crime Risk team, you’ll make an impact by:
Providing timely, pragmatic, and high-quality Financial Crime Risk advice to frontline business units, product owners, and customer-facing teams.
Delivering effective second-line (2LoD) oversight and constructive challenge on the performance of financial crime controls across AML/CTF, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), and Fraud.
Translating complex legislative requirements (including the AML/CTF Act and Rules) into clear, actionable guidance and better-practice materials that protect the bank, our customers, and the community.
Delivering insightful reporting and management information to business stakeholders and Divisional Risk Committees to support data-driven decision-making.
