looking for a motivated Property Manager to join their growing team in a structured, task-based role.
This is a excellent opportunity for a Junior Property Manager or experienced PM looking for strong support, modern systems, a positive team culture and genuine work-life balance.
The Opportunity
Task-based Property Management role - no overwhelming portfolio to juggle
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm with
no weekends
Work within a supportive team environment
Full admin and Assistant Property Manager support
Manage entry, routine and exit inspections
Handle rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and compliance
Prepare for and attend VCAT hearings
Brand-new office with modern technology and equipment
Use cloud-based systems including PropertyMe, Vault, Ignite and more
Free onsite parking
Ongoing training and development
Regular team celebrations and a genuinely positive workplace culture
$70K-$85K + super + monthly commissions , depending on experience
About You We're open-minded on experience, with Junior Property Managers welcome to apply. This role would suit someone who wants to develop their Property Management career within a structured and well-supported environment.
You'll ideally have:
Minimum 1 year of residential Property Management experience
Valid Agents Representative Certificate
Strong understanding of inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
