Warehouse Picker with High Reach Forklift Experience Required Warehouse Operator / Picker (High Reach Forklift Experience Required)

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operator / Picker to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team based in Dandenong. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with robust warehouse experience and proven High Reach Forklift skills who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and dispatching customer orders while supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations. A significant portion of the role will involve operating a High Reach Forklift to replenish and retrieve stock from racking locations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders using picking slips, RF scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Verify product codes, quantities, descriptions, and batch numbers

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation procedures

Replenish and retrieve stock safely using a High Reach Forklift

Assist with dispatch, packing, and general warehouse duties





Identify and report damaged stock, shortages, or inventory discrepancies

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation

Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current LF Forklift Licence

Demonstrated High Reach Forklift experience

Strong warehouse experience across picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control

Experience using RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems

A strong focus on safety and accuracy

The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

The physical capability to safely lift products up to 20-25kg when required
