Medibank is seeking a Design Research Lead on a 10-month fixed-term contract to strengthen how customer evidence and insights influence product and service decisions. You will balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and coach multidisciplinary teams to embed discovery and experimentation into development. You’ll lead and evolve design research practice, shape frameworks, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Insights to connect customer insights with strategy and roadmaps.
