The role blends office coordination with site visits, working alongside a Maintenance Administrator to track bookings, costs and timelines. You will lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensure quality, troubleshoot issues, and develop processes. Salary up to $135k plus super and a company vehicle is on offer.
