The Tasmanian Government Department of Health is seeking a Band 5 Team Leader to lead the Roster Support Unit across North West Hospitals. You will supervise rostering and staffing administration, ensuring accurate information in ProAct and timely reporting in collaboration with Payroll and system providers. Reporting to the Nursing Director Integrated Operations, you will oversee reporting, resolve complex rostering issues, train staff, and contribute to process improvements and system
