You will develop and evaluate care plans, perform clinical assessments, liaise with medical teams and families, and supervise Personal Care Workers. We offer above‑award pay up to $55.79 per hour, salary packaging, referral bonus, adaptable shifts and opportunities to advance into leadership roles within a supportive clinical community.
