We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in Mildura Regional Victoria. In this role, you will assist customers and workshop staff with identifying, sourcing and supplying the correct spare parts. You will play an important role in ensuring parts are ordered accurately, stock is maintained efficiently and customers receive prompt, skilled service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and interpret spare parts requirements for customers and technicians Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing and specifications Process parts enquiries,



orders and invoices Liaise with suppliers to source parts and arrange deliveries Maintain stock levels and assist with stocktaking Ensure parts are stored, labelled and organised correctly Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers and suppliers REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in spare parts interpreting, automotive parts, machinery parts or a related industry is preferred Knowledge of automotive or mechanical components Strong communication and customer service skills Good attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and the ability to learn parts cataloguing systems A positive attitude and willingness to learn Applicants must be living in Australia with an easy reach to Mildura Regional Victoria.
