OVERVIEW Merchants of Prosperity PTY LTD is an Australian education and migration services provider supporting international students and overseas migrants since 2016. The company is seeking Education & Migration Consultants to join teams in Melbourne and Sydney. This role combines client consultation, education guidance, migration support, and sales responsibilities within a professional service environment. The position is suited to candidates with sales experience who can guide clients through education and migration processes while building long-term relationships. Consultants will work closely with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable study programs and visa pathways.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive information and guidance to clients on education and migration options

Conduct detailed consultations to understand each client’s background, needs, and objectives

Recommend suitable programs and visa options tailored to individual clients

Assist clients with application processes, including document preparation and submission

Maintain effective communication and long-term relationships with clients throughout the service process

Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive client acquisition and conversion

Stay informed about current education and migration policies and industry trends

Requirements

Valid visa with work rights in Australia

Australian permanent residency or citizenship preferred





Experience in education or migration services highly regarded

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to establish and maintain client trust

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Familiarity with education and migration processes, regulations, and visa

Requirements

Fluent English and Mandarin language skills

Passion for providing professional guidance to clients
