An exciting chance is available for an experienced

Accounts Payable Officer

to join a high-performing finance team on an

8-week contract .

Reporting to the AP Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end accounts payable function within a busy, fast-paced environment. This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role

Process high-volume creditor and vendor invoices, including PO matching and investigating discrepancies

Process stock vendor invoices and claims and resolve discrepancies

Process and verify employee expense reimbursements

Prepare and process creditor payments accurately and on time

Manage supplier queries and resolve account issues

Assist with month-end reporting, reconciliations and provisions

Maintain accurate AP records and provide ad hoc support to the wider finance team





About You

1+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload

Basic to intermediate Excel skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proactive and team-focused approach

NetSuite experience is advantageous but not essential

Available to commit to an 8-week contract
