Based in Melbourne's south-east, this is an opportunity to join a well-established business while working within a close-knit Sales & Marketing team where you'll gain broad exposure across the commercial side of the organisation.

About the Role Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will provide hands-on support across a broad range of sales and marketing activities.

This is a varied role covering digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, sales administration, packaging and new product development.

You'll be involved in maintaining the company's digital presence, supporting customer enquiries, coordinating marketing content and assisting with recent products and packaging from concept through to launch.

The role would suit someone early in their career who is keen to build broad commercial experience and develop their skills across both sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content, product information and digital assets

Coordinate website updates, product launches and promotional campaigns

Support SEO activity and website performance reporting

Manage social media platforms and assist with content creation

Develop social media content calendars and coordinate posts, articles, photography and video





Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve performance

Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, website and social media

Support the Sales team with customer communications and follow-up

Provide customers with product, pricing and marketing information

Coordinate order requirements with internal teams and monitor order status

Support packaging development, including artwork, specifications and supplier communication

Assist with new product development projects from concept through to launch

About You This role would suit someone who is early in their career and keen to learn, rather than someone who needs to have extensive experience across every area of the role.

You may have:

A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, or relevant practical experience

1-3 years' experience across marketing, sales support, customer service or a similar commercial role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, positive and willing-to-learn approach

The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Good problem-solving and administration skills

An interest in FMCG, brands and new product development

Experience with CRM, ERP/inventory systems and Microsoft Office would be advantageous

You'll have the opportunity to develop across a broad sales and marketing remit rather than being expected to come in as the finished product.
