Junior Litigator (1-3 PAE) | Brisbane or Toowoomba

The firm Our client is a well-established, multi-office firm in Southeast Queensland. They are seeking a junior litigator to join their small disputes team, based in either their Brisbane or Toowoomba office. The role This role offers a breadth of work that's uncommon at this level. You'll run matters across: Commercial litigation Employment and WorkCover Personal injuries Administrative law Defamation Equity claims Asset confiscation Working directly with the Director, you'll gain genuine hands-on experience and appear regularly before Queensland courts, the Fair Work Commission, QIRC, QCAT and the Federal Court. About you Admitted legal practitioner in Queensland with 1-3 years' PAE Relevant litigation experience is essential Confident communicator, comfortable appearing in courts and tribunals Organised, proactive and keen to take on responsibility early What's on offer Salary up to $125,000 plus super, depending on experience Direct mentoring from the Director Regular advocacy and court exposure Choice of a Brisbane or Toowoomba base
