We're currently seeking a full-time or part-time, Client Service Officer to become the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. You'll be part of a fast-paced, 24-hour emergency and specialist hospital, working 10-hour shifts on a rotating roster. Expect variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage front-of-house areas,



including waiting rooms Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails using multiple systems Coordinate and book appointments across various departments Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff Process payments (cash, EFTPOS, and insurance claims) Request results, samples, and documentation from third parties About You
