You will play a key role in supporting our dispatch function, working closely with drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure the smooth coordination of jobs, trailers, and fleet movements. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily management Communicate with drivers regarding job allocations and operational requirements Allocate jobs, trailers, and equipment as directed, trailer checks Monitor truck movements and provide operational support throughout the day Liaise with customers regarding deliveries and collections Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure efficient fleet utilisation Assist with resolving day-to-day operational issues Skills & Experience
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Solid attention to detail and administration skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Forklift licence and some exposure to heavy vehicles an advantage What We Offer
