We are currently seeking a Road Service Press Operator to join our Solid Plus team based in Dandenong, VIC. This is a field-based position servicing customers across the region, offering variety in your day and the chance to develop within a specialised area of the tyre industry.

What you’ll be doing

Travelling to customer sites in a company vehicle

Operating press equipment for solid tyre fitting and servicing

Carrying out tyre replacement, maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment

Working autonomously to manage your daily service schedule

Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service





Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

Why you would be successful

A mechanically minded approach with hands-on experience in tyre fitting or a similar field (automotive, commercial or industrial)

Strong work ethic with a reliable and self-motivated attitude

Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently on the road

Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including manual handling

Willingness to travel for work, including occasional overnight stays (1–2 nights per month)

Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with customers

Commitment to maintaining a high standard of health and safety in the workplace

Current MR truck licence (essential)

Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain

Physically fit and capable of meeting the inherent requirements of the role
