About Your New Role

As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting enterprise hosting solutions across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on performance, reliability and security.

Other tasks include:

- Design, build and support enterprise server, storage and hosting infrastructure.
- Manage VMware virtualisation platforms, including vSphere, NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
- Support Microsoft Azure and private cloud infrastructure environments.
- Manage enterprise storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Veeam.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes and migration to hybrid cloud platforms.
- Develop infrastructure lifecycle plans and contribute to technology roadmaps.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability and security.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide senior technical escalation.
- Work with Security,



Networking and Architecture teams on infrastructure projects and improvements.
- Manage external service providers and ensure infrastructure services meet operational requirements.

About You

An experienced Infrastructure Engineer with broad technical exposure across enterprise hosting, virtualisation and cloud environments. You have a strong track record of delivering infrastructure improvements and supporting complex, business-critical technology platforms.

You will be familiar with the following:

- Strong VMware experience, including vSphere, NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).
- Enterprise Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Enterprise storage technologies and infrastructure management.
- Veeam Backup & Replication and disaster recovery solutions.
- Citrix administration and application hosting environments.
- Active Directory and core Microsoft infrastructure services.
- Infrastructure security, hardening and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience delivering infrastructure upgrades, migrations and technology refreshes.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with external technology providers.
