We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Payroll Officer

to join our team on a fixed term basis until Dec 2027and help ensure our employees are paid accurately, on time, every time. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working in a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing across Australia

Process payroll changes, adjustments and termination payments

Resolve payroll queries with a customer-first mindset

Perform payroll audits, reconciliations and compliance checks

Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation and company policies

Partner with HR, Finance, IT and Payroll SMEs to deliver seamless payroll services

Identify opportunities to improve, streamline and automate payroll processes





Support system enhancements and act as an escalation point for payroll issues

What You'll Bring

2+ years' end-to-end payroll experience

Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements

Experience working within large or complex payroll environments

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities

A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement

Experience with SAP and/or UKG (Kronos) will be highly regarded
