Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you will support the operation, strengthen engagement, and embed the site's Safety and Health Management System into daily practice. You will build relationships with frontline teams, coach leaders, manage incidents and support risk-based conversations to improve safety outcomes across the operation.
