Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning Monitor health and wellbeing,



reporting any changes to clinical staff Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person in your care What You'll Bring

Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement) Desirable: Previous experience in a residential aged care setting Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential) About Bene Aged Care
