HELP BUILD AUSTRALIA'S BIGGEST INDUSTRIAL BRANDS ABOUT YOU As an Account Manager at Gilligan Group, you’ll owner relationships with clients across mining, industrial, tech and defence, translating business priorities into coordinated activity across our Consulting, Design and Digital teams.

A skilled operator with agency experience, you turn client conversations into clear briefs. You ask the right questions, engage internal expertise and keep multiple priorities moving.

Ultimately, you will have a strategic mind, be able to define the next steps and own the client experience and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own day-to-day relationships with retained clients and new prospects

Lead meetings and WIPs, translating objectives into briefs, scopes, timelines and actions

Coordinate concurrent workstreams across Consulting, Design and Digital

Track and report retainer utilisation, scope, budgets and deadlines

Keep clients informed on progress, approvals, priorities and next steps

Review work against the brief and Gilligan Group standards

Identify opportunities to solve problems, add value and grow existing accounts

Support onboarding, quoting, proposals and project kick-offs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING





3+ years’ agency experience in account management, client service or a similar role

Experience managing multiple clients and projects, with integrated marketing knowledge across brand, design, content and digital

Clear briefing, writing and communication skills, including confidence with senior stakeholders

Commercial awareness of scope, budgets, hours and agency delivery

A proactive mindset, attention to detail and ability to adapt as priorities shift

An interest in technical and industrial businesses
