$40 DAY SHIFT | $45 AFTERNOON SHIFT | MONDAY-FRIDAY | IMMEDIATE STARTS

Zoom Recruitment is currently on the hunt for skilled, experienced and reliable High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy, fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation in Truganina.

With immediate starts, competitive hourly rates and both day and afternoon shifts available, this is a fantastic chance for experienced forklift operators who are ready to hit the ground running

SHIFTS & PAY RATES

DAY SHIFT – FROM $40 PER HOUR

Monday to Friday – 6:00am – 2:00pm

AFTERNOON SHIFT – FROM $45 PER HOUR

Monday to Friday – 2:00pm – 10:00pm

THE ROLE – PUT YOUR FORKLIFT SKILLS TO WORK

We’re looking for confident High Reach operators who know their way around a warehouse and can maintain speed, accuracy and safety in a high-volume environment.

Your duties will include:





Operating

High Reach forklifts

safely and efficiently

High-volume forklift order picking, with targets of

up to 150 picks per hour

Moving, stacking and replenishing palletized stock

Loading, unloading and relocating pallets throughout the warehouse

Picking and placing stock at various racking heights

Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems

Working towards daily productivity and accuracy KPIs

Maintaining stock accuracy and following warehouse procedures

Ensuring safe forklift operation and maintaining a clean, organized work area

This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, so we’re looking for operators who are confident, efficient, and comfortable working to high productivity targets

To be successful, you MUST have:

Current and valid LF Forklift Licence

Proven, recent

High Reach forklift

operating experience – ESSENTIAL

Previous experience in a busy warehouse or distribution centre

Experience meeting productivity and accuracy KPIs

Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to get the job done

All successful applicants must hold a

National Police Check issued within the last 6 months

or be willing to obtain one as part of the recruitment process.
