Key responsibilities

Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers Assist customers with product selections, recommendations, and general enquiries Create a positive and engaging shopping experience in a busy retail setting Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge Share cooking ideas, recipe suggestions, and food preparation tips with customers and colleagues Promote products confidently by highlighting quality, freshness, and usage ideas Support food presentation and merchandising to maintain an attractive display Assist with packaging and preparation of customer orders Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across workstations and retail areas Ensure products are displayed neatly and stocked appropriately About you





Availability to work standard operating hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Friday. No weekends and no night shifts.
