Key Deliverables
Discovery, Initial Work & Progress Review: Initial scoping review and first deliverable submitted for feedback.
Completion, Review & Final Handoff: Incorporating review feedback, final quality check, and delivery of all assets.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Customer Support, Ticket Triage
Async communication preferred with milestone check-ins.
Direct, prompt communication through workspace messaging.
