Collingwood, Victoria Salary:

Your Responsibilities: Front Desk & Client Support – Greet clients, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. Appointment Management – Schedule and coordinate bookings efficiently. Medicare & Billing Administration – Process payments, Medicare rebates, and private health claims. Clinic Support – Work closely with psychologists and the operations team.

in

medical, psychology, or allied health reception 4+ years

of

client services experience Strong knowledge of

Medicare, private health billing, and appointment scheduling Proficiency in

practice management software

(Halaxy experience a bonus) Highly organised

with

excellent communication
