The Role
Conduct open homes, private viewings and property inspections
Manage leasing enquiries and liaise with prospective tenants
Process rental applications and conduct thorough reference checks
Support Property Managers with all aspects of the leasing process
Coordinate inspections and assist with leasing administration
Build positive relationships with prospective tenants and existing clients
Assist the property management team with general administrative and ad hoc dutiesDeliver exceptional customer service and represent the agency professionally
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a Leasing Consultant position is essential
Hold a current Certificate of Registration (COR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional presentation and a genuine passion for real estate
Eager to develop their skills and progress within the industry
