experience

in

disability/aged care

, particularly within group home settings. Competency in

manual

handling

, including hoist operation and repositioning PEG

feeding and safe swallowing support. Epilepsy

management and responding to challenging behaviours. Bowel Care

, providing support and assistance with bowel care routines, as required. Confidence and sensitivity in delivering

personal care

and

grooming

. A

current Australian driver’s licence

and the ability to drive a 12-seater and wheelchair-accessible van. Note: Pay rate will be determined based on the total number of hours worked as an Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
