About the role
Join our banking customer service team and help customers with everyday enquiries. You'll be supported every step of the way with structured training and coaching.
Key responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls (no sales) Help with customer's banking related queries including fraud, dispute, credit card and business banking Use multiple systems to find solutions Provide accurate and professional support About you Customer service or banking experience desirable (retail, hospitality, call centre – all welcome) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must have Australian work rights Must be willing to undergo background checks, including Police checks No sales – 100% customer service Penalty rates for week-end work, public holidays or overnight work Paid birthday off (conditions apply) Additional annual leave Monthly performance bonuses ($300 to $500 per month) Career progression opportunities Supportive team environment Ongoing coaching and support Employee discounts & perks Training & Support We set you up for success from day one: Ongoing coaching and support Full-time availability required during training Must have Australian work rights Background check (including police check) required Location & Availability Requirements Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Glen Iris office, with an expected travel time of no more than one hour each way.
