An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Managerto join a large and established Property Management team.
With a substantially large portfolio, this is a well-supported environment offering excellent resources and a strong focus on relationship management.
The role would suit an experienced Property Manager with 2-5+ years of experiencewho is looking for a Monday to Friday position with strong operational support and the opportunity to earn additional commissions.
Why You'll Love This Role: Up to $100,000 Additional commissions of approximately $15,000-$40,000 Monday to Friday only Portfolio of approximately 180-220 properties Inspections, administration and leasing support provided Focus on relationship management rather than inspections and administration 1 day work from home after 6-month probation Large and established Property Management team What You'll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of approximately 180-220 properties Maintaining solid landlord and tenant relationships Acting as the key point of contact for portfolio clients Handling day-to-day Property Management matters Managing lease renewals, rental reviews and tenancy matters Overseeing maintenance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently Managing arrears and compliance requirements Working closely with dedicated inspections,
administration and leasing support Providing a high level of customer service Maintaining accurate property records and documentation What We're Looking For: 2 -5+ years of residential Property Management experience Strong relationship management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong organisation and attention to detail Ability to manage a substantial portfolio independently Good understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation Professional and reliable approach Ability to work collaboratively within a large team Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent The Details: Position: Senior Property Manager / Property Manager Portfolio: Approximately 180-220 properties Salary: Up to $100,000 Commissions: Approximately $15,000-$40,000 Monday to Friday 1 day WFH after 6-month probation Inspections, administration and leasing support provided The Opportunity This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join a large, well-resourced Property Management environmentwhere the focus is on client and relationship management.
