Lifestart is seeking a senior General Manager to lead the Early Childhood Approach across five NSW service areas. This 12-month fixed-term role reports to the CEO and shapes strategy, people leadership and operational delivery for children and families. You will guide a leadership team of five Service Area Managers, ensure NDIA contractual outcomes, manage budgets and workforce planning, and drive data-informed continuous improvement in a regulated setting.
