The role
Hands-on Salesforce engineering and technical leadership Design and delivery of secure,
scalable Salesforce solutions Technical design, code reviews and engineering guidance Work across
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud Integration work across
MuleSoft, REST APIs and connected services Support security and vulnerability remediation across the Salesforce platform Work closely with Architecture, Security, Cloud, Data and Delivery teams Support strong CI/CD and engineering practices
About you
We're looking for: 8+ years' Salesforce development experience At least
2 years in a technical leadership capacity Strong hands-on
Apex and LWC
experience Solid Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs Good understanding of secure engineering and DevOps practices Ability to coach engineers while remaining genuinely hands-on Experience with
