The ABC is looking for a Production Manager for our Factual Television Screen Productions. The Job
• Resource and Financial Management, including managing complex production bids and schedules.
• Workflow Management, managing large production staff resource requirements, including actors, extras, studios and outside broadcasts as required.
• Staff Engagement, ensuring all staff are engaged according to the ABC Enterprise Agreement 2025-2028.
• Teamwork and Communication, working positively with internal and external stakeholders as an ambassador for the ABC.

• Extensive experience managing budgets, planning, forecasting and resource management for Television Programs, ideally in the "Factual" genre.
• Outstanding planning, prioritising and problem-solving skills related to Television Production resource management.
• Significant experience onboarding, supporting, encouraging and developing a team in a complex working workplace.




• Experience with podcasts an advantage.
