We are searching for a Business Development Manager who thrives on the chase, confidently starts conversations from scratch and turns new relationships into profitable work. You will own a defined North Brisbane territory including Redcliffe, Caboolture, Morayfield and North Lakes. Your market includes schools, high-rise apartments, hospitals, retirement villages and shopping centres—giving you multiple sectors to target and a broad base from which to build new business. This is a genuine end-to-end new-business role. You will identify targets, open doors, build relationships, scope and price opportunities & tenders and convert your pipeline into profitable projects. • Ideally, you live in the far northern suburbs of Brisbane so you can own your territory where you live and cut down on travel time
• Success winning new B2B business through proactive prospecting, business development or solution selling.

• Nice to have
