- Initial 4 month contract. As the E-Invoicing Project Manager you will be specialised IT and business transformation role responsible for leading the transition from manual or PDF-based invoicing to structured, machine-readable electronic data exchanges. Driven heavily by evolving global tax compliance mandates (such as the Peppol network used across Australia, Current Zealand, and the EU), As the E-Invocing PM you will operate at the intersection of technology, finance, and regulatory compliance. Core Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate delivery stream activities towards the required scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes;
• Manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies;
• Lead stream resources,



including delivery partners engaged to implement the eInvoicing solution.
• Manage meeting cadences, reporting, governance and Jira to align with Critical Care processes. The role will be responsible for project management activities, working with key roles below:
• Delivery Lead: Accountable for the definition and design of the E-Invoicing solution and successful delivery of the E-Invoicing scope; You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the project and achievement of agreed business and technology outcomes.
